After more than 20 years of development, it has established three production bases with a total area of more than 20 acres.

The intelligent eco-friendly production base was newly set up in 2023, with a total investment of more than $36,000,000, adopting the world's leading intelligent manufacturing innovations, integrating 5G information technology, Internet of Things sensing technology, and digital equipment, which continuously injects the newest technology and new life to the eco-friendly polyester staple fibers. Leveraging an intelligent real-time online monitoring system, we enhance quality and efficiency, driving new momentum for corporate growth. Throughout the entire production process, from PET raw material selection; feeding; continuous drying; screw extrusion; spinning; stretching; cutting; packaging to the finished products, we evolved to a whole process of intelligent decision, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of front-line workers.

We strictly control the quality of every procedure. We have an advanced testing lab and skilled inspectors. Our products cover the range of 0.8Denier to 15Denier, conventional, functional, multi-types of recycled polyester staple fiber. They're widely used in clothing, handicrafts, home textiles, engineering construction, non-woven fabric, and other fields. The products are sold worldwide.

We synthesize 100% recycled polyester staple fiber from post-consumption and ocean-recovered PET plastic bottles, significantly reducing plastic waste pollution and dependence on petrochemical resources. By establishing an advanced sewage treatment system, we have achieved zero wastewater discharge. Additionally, the installation of photovoltaic power generation systems allows us to fully utilize clean energy, lower energy consumption during production, and reduce carbon emissions. In 2024, our company was approved the Energy Management System Certification and obtained the Greenhouse Gas Verification Certificate.
